Cut and Cure Butcher reserves the right to reject any wild game animal at any time for any reason. We will not risk contamination of other animals in our storage. We may also charge a cleaning/damage fee of up to $0.75 / lb for animals that are excessively dirty, dry, hairy, or bloodshot. We will do our best with what you have delivered to us.

Cut and Cure Butcher can explain carcass yields and share the research behind those numbers with you upon request. Expect between 30% – 50% loss from moisture loss and cutting/non-edible waste from your initial carcass drop off weight.

We do have very minimal freezer storage at this time and ask that you pick up your order within 48 hours once it is completed and we contact you. Storage fees will be charged after 48 hours at a rate of $25 per day. Please call if you have legitimate complications picking up your order within 48 hours, we understand and will do our best to work with you.

Currently Cut and Cure Butcher does not have a smoker, however Instacure #1 can be added to any linked sausage at material cost so you can smoke sausage at your home. We are happy to assist in giving you smoking suggestions and tips. We are also considering adding a few other smoked sausage options that you could smoke at your home.

Thank you for your interest in our business! This is a small sample of what we hope to grow into in the years to come. We are working to expand our services and products as quickly as we can. We plan on offering smoked products, jerky, and less strict pick up windows as soon as profits allow new equipment purchases. We are interested to hear of any products our customers would like to see in the future and we will consider adding it to our already large list of ideas/options.

* With the market prices of beef and pork changing on a weekly basis, this add in expense is subject to change. We will do our best to notify you at drop off if this has changed and it will not adjust from the agreed upon pricing at that time.
